Creating a world of hope for HIV/AIDS orphans
On June 28, 2009, special guest Win Clark will be speaking during our 10:45 AM weekly gathering. Win and his wife Nancy are on staff with Horizon International, a non-profit Christian relief and development organization dedicated to caring for orphans affected by HIV/AIDS. Prior to their work with Horizon International, the Clark’s pastored Oxford Bible Fellowship for 17 years. Horizon International exists to create a world of hope for AIDS orphans. Their objective is to raise up, out of the tragedy of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, a new generation of leaders who follow Jesus Christ “one child at a time.“ Berean Bible Church will host an informal question and answer session immediately after our weekly gathering – lunch will be provided. Come and discover how small things can have a maximum impact against a seemingly overwhelming pandemic.
